Terms of Use

AI Resume Builder. Updated October 9, 2026.

The app is provided by MaxMobAI (Salvador e Favero Tecnologia LTDA). Support: maxmobai@icloud.com.

License

Use of the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Free features and Premium

The app provides a limited number of free AI uses. Exporting a resume with a free template may require watching an ad to unlock the export.

Premium includes:

• Premium templates.
• Cover letter export.
• Resume assessment.
• Unlimited AI uses, subject to service limits to prevent abuse.
• Export without watching rewarded ads.

Subscriptions, payment and cancellation

Premium is available through the App Store as a weekly or annual subscription that renews automatically. Before you confirm a purchase, the app shows the selected plan's duration, price and any trial or promotional terms.

• Initial payment: Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or when a free trial ends.
• Renewal: your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Apple charges the renewal payment within 24 hours before the end of that period.
• Cancellation: you can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Privacy and AI permission

The Privacy Policy explains what data the app uses, who receives it, how long it is retained and how to request deletion.

Before sending your content to MaxMobAI's server and OpenAI for AI processing, the app asks for your explicit permission. Accepting these Terms of Use or continuing to use the app does not grant that permission.

To withdraw AI permission, open the app's Settings and select Withdraw AI permission. Withdrawal stops new AI requests; it does not delete information already sent. Manual editing and features that do not require AI remain available.
